Dr Wayne Anderson says Eating low-glycemic foods is the best way to lose weight and create health. Here’s a rule of thumb: Dark green= lowest hypoglycemic, great for best weight loss. Light Green =moderate glycemic, foods to be eaten in moderation Red= high glycemic, foods to be avoided. And the more acidic a fruit, the lower its glycemic index because it slows down gastric emptying.

Thanks Dr Wayne Anderson for your advise on creating health!

Please comment below and list some of the foods that you know are low on the glycemic index!

DR. A's books

Set it and forget it.

Set it
and
Forget it.

Watch the clock go ticktock and a 20-minute treadmill jog can feel like the Boston Marathon. Instead, try a countdown. Set a kitchen timer with the minutes you’re aiming to be active and go until you hear the alarm. When you can’t see the time, you’re more likely to concentrate on what you’re doing right

While medications are foreign intruders that work temporarily in acute situations (and often cause side effects), nutrients are already present in our body. By supplementing them in just the right amount, you’re simply helping your body reach its optimal efficiency. In fact, nutrients are the very fuel of optimal health!
